George Agbenyikey Jnr MCIOB DBA(c)

George Agbenyikey Jnr is the MD and the proprietor of both Imperial Training Centre for Excellence, and Imperial Educational Network. George is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building. He also graduated from Anglia Ruskin University with a Master’s in Law and completed an Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford. He is currently a doctoral research student at the Swiss School of Business Research, researching into the “Roles of Organizational Leaders on Management of Diverse Workforce” with emphasis on the BAME workforce in the Construction and Engineering industry. George has taught many disciplines in various institutions and established Imperial Training Centre in an attempt to bring Construction and Engineering to the doorstep of the underprivileged. He is an advocate for diversity and inclusivity.

Laurence Cocchi

Laurence Cocchi is the Training Manager for Imperial training Centre for Excellence. After completing his IOSH Managing Safely, he has implemented and managed Health and Safety Management Systems for many departments and companies in the UK.

With many years’ experience working with training providers, Laurence strives to ensure our Quality Assurance processes are robust, and that, all our awarding bodies compliances are met at the least. If not exceeded.  With emphasis on teaching & learning, he continually looks for improvements in our systems and procedures to ensure our products compete effectively in the industry. This aligns with Imperial Training Centre’s vision to be the most reliable partner in career development for the UK’s workforce within the construction and engineering sector to contribute to national development.

Laurence manages a diverse team and a champion of equality and diversity.

Bernice Fosuah Mensah Bsc (Hons)

Bernice Fosuah Mensah is the Centre Manager and an NVQ Assessor at Imperial Training Centre for Excellence. Bernice had her bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness Management from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. She has also completed Nebosh National Diploma and other disciplines in Health and Safety Practice in the Construction Environment and currently Imperial Training Centre’s CIRAS representative.

Bernice is an ardent believer in the potential of BAME women empowerment and aspires to encourage young women into the Civil Engineering/Construction industry.

Linda Konadu Owusu

Linda is the Accounts Administrator at Imperial Training Centre for Excellence. She also helps with invigilation when the need arises. She graduated from Kaplan with AAT, and Compu-Net with a Diploma in Accounting and Business Administration. Linda is an advocate for equality and dreams of the day when our society will treat everyone equally, regardless of their gender.
